1- confirm your dongle has  a  sim card with suffient balance and internet plan

 

2 - confirm with your computer , the dongle network type selected to WCDMA preffered ( very important )

 

3 - now turn on your android tablet goto settings - mobie networks- allow data connection - allow roaming - allow to use 2G & 3G ,

 

4 - now connect your dongle in the usb prt of your tablet

 

5 - wait few seconds, the dongle will connect automatically to the network

 

6 - if its not connected to the internet , you should check the tablet configured for the desired country or not, it means the tablet which you purchased from usa , after you came in india, when you reset it last time you select the country usa then its configured for usa , so you can connect automatically , you should change it to india , or you must take a reset and select india ( you can use the country where your located , which sim your using )

 

7 - otherwise also you can try to put apn settings mannually, but the above proceedure is very easy and working..
